Introduction

Nepali Khaja Set is a traditional light meal platter from Nepal, commonly enjoyed as a snack or early evening meal. It typically includes chiura (beaten rice), momo (dumplings), spiced meat or vegetable curry, achar (chutney), and fresh salad such as cucumber and carrot.
