Advanced Structural Engineering: The tower structure is built using high-grade FE 240 and 350 structural steels imported from India. The dizzying glass platform consists of a highly reinforced, 5-layer DG41 glass layout specifically designed so that only the middle layer breaks in case of heavy impact, safeguarding visitors at all times.
Multi-Floor Amenities: The building features a spacious ground-floor lobby, two floors dedicated entirely to fine-dining restaurants and a club, and a rooftop café right next to the observation deck.
High-Speed Elevators: Two massive elevators are built into the frame, each built with the capacity to safely shoot up 24 to 45 passengers straight to the top level with a single button press.

Operational Rules & Timing: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Guests are required to slide on the complimentary protective shoe covers provided by staff before stepping out onto the delicate glass area.
Ticketing Details: Standard entry costs NPR 1,000 for domestic visitors. Rates for tourists from SAARC countries sit at roughly NPR 1,600. Admission is completely free for children under 3 feet tall and senior citizens over 80 years old.
