Introduction

Chicken momo is a popular Himalayan dumpling made from refined flour dough filled with minced chicken, onions, garlic, ginger, and spices.

Originating from Tibet and widely enjoyed in Nepal, Bhutan, and India, chicken momo is steamed, fried, or soupy, making it a beloved comfort food and street food staple. Its soft texture, juicy filling, and aromatic seasoning make it a favourite among all age groups.
