Bol-Bam refers to pilgrimages and festivals in the Hindu religion glorifying Shiva (Lord). The festivals run during the monsoon month Shrawan (July) every year. It lasts almost one month. s go out to visit the temples of Lord Shiva during the journey. They carry water to pour by chanting ‘Bol Bam’. Bol-bam devotees walk barefoot wearing saffron robes, and orange-yellow or red clothes and keep chanting ‘Bol Bam’ throughout their whole journey. This is to present their devotion. Devotees take to fasting and focus on escaping many things like lies, negativity, hatred, and anger. Instead, they are on their full effort on keeping positivity and remembering Lord Shiva. Bol-Bam belief is that the showing devotion with a pure soul, heart, positivity, and truthfulness, Lord Shiva protects us and fulfills what we wish. This Bol-Bam song is dedicated to pilgrimages to make the warm festival.
